About the Course
In this 2 part course, students will learn about the importance of greywater systems and will install a laundry-to-landscape system from start to finish. It is perfect for homeowners looking to do DIY systems or individuals looking to learn the skills to install systems for customers. By the end of the second class, students will have toured a completed system, taken part in classroom instruction, and installed a new system. They will go home with instructions and a parts list to be able to install a laundry-to-landscape system.

Andrea Lara
Andrea Lara grew up in the foothills of Northern California, the daughter of a plumber. After studying Neuroscience at Pitzer College, and teaching after-school science programs, she entered the plumbing trade. Witnessing the wanton waste of high end plumbing Andrea decided to put her plumbing skills to better use, and joined the Greywater Action. She’s led workshops and constructed greywater systems in the SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
