During this four hour class we will prepare some very popular Mexican dishes, we will prepare: Pozole Blanco (Hominy Pork Soup), Chayotes Rellenos (Stuffed Chayotes), Enchiladas de Jaiba (Crab Enchiladas), Braised Pork with Green Chile Sauce, and Flan. Come and join us in a unique cooking experience.
