About the Course
Try something different! A tea party is a delightful way to entertain friends for a luncheon, baby or bridal shower, birthday, or any other special occasion. During this four-hour class, we will make a variety of finger sandwiches, cakes, and cookies, and learn about the presentation of the food.
We will briefly discuss the three major types of tea (high tea, low tea, and Chinese tea), and explore a variety of teas while discussing the proper preparation of tea. Sharing a cup of tea with a friend or relative is a chance to enjoy a ritual beloved by people worldwide, offering warmth and comfort. It's a wonderful way to take your mind off stressful matters.
