About the Course
This is the first of two Beginning Chinese cooking classes. During this 4-hour workshop you will learn some of the basics of Chinese cooking and be able to prepare a complete Chinese dinner. You will learn the essential techniques of slicing and chopping, proper preparation of vegetables, stir frying techniques and preparation of Chinese sauces.
Our menu will include: Home Style Fried Rice, Cashew Nut Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Pan Fried Chow Mein and Almond Float Dessert.
