About the Course
Come on a journey with me to discover the delights of Vietnamese cuisine. In this country known for its diverse and fabulous food you will have a chance to explore new tastes, textures and cooking methods. Vietnamese cuisine is influenced by Chinese and French cuisine. During this 4 hour class we will make: Crystal Shrimp Rolls, Lettuce Wrap-Ups, Chicken and Sweet Potato Curry, Stir Fried Tou Fu with Vegetables and Peanut Sauce and Mango and Sweet Rice Pudding.
